I know if you have Firefox, there is an add-on that saved my life there. It's called Firefox Media Converter and Muxer. All you do is drag your file to the screen and drop it, and it will conver anything to anything. It's awesome. So yeah try that out. Chrome may have a similar add-on too btw.
